This is a wonderful book. This should be required reading for anyone who has an interest in personal development and leadership. It’s much more than a one-time read. It’s really a valuable resource on a wide variety of important themes that focus on developing yourself and others. It’s a book that you’ll find yourself going back to over and over. It has application to every industry. The rich content and graphics make for an easy, fun read. The short chapters are perfect for a world that has too much on its mind. Grant has done a wonderful job in putting this together. I can’t recommend this book highly enough.
When you said you were sending me a book you authored, I assumed that it would be more of a very limited, self-published book based on a narrow set of personal business experiences. Instead, it is really a textbook. It is personal but full of business content. The graphics are terrific. It is really a compendium of great thinking. I even saw the Adizes model there for life cycles. You are an extremely well-read business book reader. But, then you synthesized them into themes. I have actually met several of your sources, which made it even more personal to me.
